Dave Prophet from… contacted Erie Fresh for consultation regarding the construction of a community food garden on Rockwell Street. After a short meeting with Dave… and preview of the garden site, the co-founders of Erie Fresh encouraged the… to pursue a community garden at the Rockwell site. The Rockwell Edible Garden is trying to raise money by selling produce from the garden for a citywide golf program that teaches kids of all ages the skills of the game.
Erie Fresh is glad to help support a project that will increase local food accessibility and introduce young adults to the fruits of our culture.
